The funeral service of late Inkatha Freedom Party member Faith Gasa will be held in Empangeni on Saturday.
Gasa, a member of the KwaZulu-Natal legislature, died in a hospital in Richard's Bay last week following a lengthy illness.
On Wednesday the party said a memorial service would be held on Thursday followed by a funeral service on Saturday.
The party's national organiser, Albert Mncwango, said: "Mama Gasa will be solely missed. Senior members of the IFP will attend these services in tribute to the life and memory of Faith. All are welcome to attend."
Last week the legislature's Speaker, Willis Mchunu, described Gasa as "an intelligent person who made a huge contribution towards the strengthening of democracy in KwaZulu-Natal.

"Mrs Gasa was a very kind, warm and open person who conducted herself with decorum in the Legislature.
"The Legislature has been left poorer without Mrs Gasa and her intellectual political prowess."
He said she had represented the IFP by serving in various leadership positions in the legislature.
Mchunu said at the time of Gasa's death she was the IFP Whip in the Legislature and at once stage she also served as MEC for education in KwaZulu-Natal.
The IFP said her memorial service would be held in the University of Zululand Chapel in Ongoye, Empangeni at 4pm on Thursday and the funeral service at the Imbizo Hall in central Empangeni at 9am on Saturday. - Sapa
