The case against four men accused of murdering Banyana Banyana player Eudy Simelane was postponed by the Delmas Magistrate's Court on Wednesday.

The case was put down for Thursday because defence counsel representing one of the accused asked for time to consult his client.

Simelane was a prominent lesbian activist. Her body was found in a field at Kwa-Thema in April last year. She had allegedly been gang-raped and repeatedly stabbed.
