One of the men accused of murdering Ballito businessman Marcello Borsei has indicated that he intends pleading guilty to the murder .

This emerged at the start of the murder trial of Sibusiso Mncwanga, 23, and Mjabuliseni Buthelezi, 35, in the Durban High Court yesterday.

Both men have been charged with Borsei's murder and the theft of his motor vehicle in March.

Yesterday State advocate Sasha Jacobs told the court that Mncwanga had indicated that he wanted to plead guilty. Jacobs asked for an adjourment to Monday, 9 November.

According to court papers, the two men were employed by Borsei, a 50-year-old builder, who disappeared in the Umhlali/Salt Rock area in early March.
