Athletics South Africa's (ASA) interim board will meet with the federation's administrator, Ray Mali, for the first time at ASA House in Houghton on Saturday.
The South African Sports Confederation and Olympic Committee (Sascoc) met with ASA's provincial members last Saturday to form the nine-member interim board after the Olympic body had suspended ASA executives and senior staff for their handling of the Caster Semenya gender affair.
Sascoc board member Mali, a former president of Cricket South Africa, said last weekend he and his task team would work with the interim board in mending various problems within ASA, including reported financial mismanagement.
