Springbok fetcher Heinrich Brussow who made such an impact in his first full season of Test rugby will continue to play his rugby for the Free State Cheetahs in 2010.

This was on Wednesday made clear in a statement by Harold Verster, president of the Free State Rugby Union.

The statement points out that Brussow has a contract with the union until the end of the 2010 season. He has already been included in the Cheetahs' Super 14 training group for the competition that starts in February 2010.

Brussow's name has been linked to a move to the Sharks in 2010. - Sapa
