At just over a year old, Kairo Owethu Forbes is one of the most loved people in the limelight. She’s not a child star in the sense that Mfundi Vundla has hired her to only speak English on television.
In fact, she may just be a supernova since she is the child of two stars: self-proclaimed pop artist, Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and DJ and businesswoman, Zinhle Jiyane. In the same way that North West and Blue Ivy have come under the spotlight, Baby K – as Kairo is affectionately called by her parents and, by extension, the lovers of pop culture – is considered celebrity baby royalty.
And she’s so cute! Her mother, DJ Zinhle, is a fashionista in her own right. One of her many businesses is Era by DJ Zinhle which creates a range of watches. AKA, who recently toured his Supa Mega Show around the country has also been peddling merch to fans. So naturally, Baby K is one fashion-forward toddler.
