A recent study found green - i.e. unroasted - coffee beans can help you lose weight.
Participants in the 12-week trial lost an average of 13lb after taking a green coffee bean extract. “It contains a fat-burning antioxidant called chlorogenic acid - destroyed in the roasting process - which aids blood-sugar control, so your body metabolises fat faster,” says nutritionist Dr Sam Christie. -
