Durban - If you are a chocaholic and have yet to catch the fun Choccywoccydoodah, presented at 8pm on Mondays on DStv’s BBC Lifestyle, be prepared for a visual feast.

The series, the 10-part second season of which started on August 27, focuses on the famous Brighton-based cake shop of the same name and its team of talented and quirky chocolatiers, as they create outrageous chocolate masterpieces that are out of this world.

Each episode sees bakery boss Christine and her team creating amazing treats for a variety of people.

In the second series, the team create a gift for television host Paul O’Grady, while cake designer Tom has his work cut out when he has to make 17 cakes in five days – and Justin Lee Collins gets a themed cake to celebrate starring in the hit musical Rock of Ages.

Also, Dame Vera Lynn visits a hospital for wounded troops with some treats from the shop.

The series highlights the stresses and strains of a fun team living up to the reputation of being one of the world’s most innovative cake makers. - The Independent on Saturday
