This recipe will teach you how to prepare delicious bacon, mushroom and asparagus stir fry.

Ingredients:
- 15ml olive oil
- 250g bacon (chopped)
- 10ml grated ginger
- 5ml chopped garlic
- 1 red, yellow and orange pepper (sliced)
- 2 red onions (cut in wedges)
- 200g snap peas
- 250g button mushrooms (halved)
- 250g asparagus (halved diagonally)
- 15ml toasted sesame seeds
- 60ml soy sauce
- 60ml sweet chilli sauce
- 15ml rice vinegar
- 10ml brown sugar
- 5ml sesame oil
- 5ml cornflour

Instructions:
1. Heat a wok or large frying pan and add the oil and bacon.
2. Fry until almost crisp.
3. Add the ginger and garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
4. Stir in the peppers, onions, snap peas, mushrooms, asparagus and sesame seeds and stir fry for 5 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, combine the soy, sweet chilli, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and cornflour in a jug and whisk well.
6. Pour over the vegetables and fry for 5 minutes.
7. Serve on a bed of noodles.
