Braai up a storm on National Braai Day with this meaty recipe from Angela Day.

As South Africans we love nothing more than lighting up a fire, gathering around it, beer in hand and cooking up a couple of juicy steaks.

National Braai Day falls on a Saturday this year so what better way to spend your day than inviting friends or family round to share a great meat feast.
