1. FLEXIBILITY

Taut hips, tight hamstrings and strained knee joints could be hindering your ability to experience deeper more intense penetr ation, leaving you and your partner feeling anything but adventurous and experimental in the bedroom.

This combination makes for a sad and dreadful sex life, and yoga could be the answer to your prayers.

Because yoga increases flexibility of all major muscle groups you are assured to have a greater range of movements, making kama sutra sex positions a renewed prospect.

2. BACKBONE UPGRADE, HELLO…

Say goodbye to awkward cramps, back pain and muscle tension contributing to poor spinal health which can put a spanner in the works and prevent your happy ending.

“A good orgasm is satisfying, but a great orgasm can be a revelation of your deepest being, unfolding the truth of who you are in ecstatic communication with your lover,” says David Deida - Author, Independent Researcher, Teacher known for spiritual practice, non-dual sexuality, and socio-cultural evolution.

5. PASSIONATELY ROMANTIC

A definite mood killer is an overstressed mind!

When I was 18 I read "The Death of Ivan Ilyich" by Leo Tolstoy. It changed my life. Read it--it's only about 90 pages or so. It's about a man who does everything in his life the way he is expected to. Then a freak accident leaves him slowly dying and he realises as death becomes more and more imminent, how he never lived the way he wanted to, only the way he was expected to. He did everything right, but nothing that made him happy Since reading that book, I find it so much easier to figure out what really matters in life. What are you worried about right now? What's stressing you? What's causing you to clench your jaw or be impatient with your nearest and dearest? Now ask yourself how much it'll matter to you as you lie on your deathbed looking back on your life. Ask yourself what you think that future you would say about that thing now. Afraid to book that holiday because it's a bit expensive? Worried about how tidy your house is when people come over? Put it into perspective!! What really matters?? Laughter, happiness, experiences, people, love, freedom, health .....Also, do yoga so don't meet your deathbed till you're very very old 😁 Outfit @aloyoga

Yoga allows you to clear your mind through meditation and breathing techniques.

It also has a positive effect on your mind and body and teaches you to let go of mentally draining emotions such as anger or jealously while promoting a healthy positive lifestyle.
