The Billboard Music Awards red carpet was awash with slinky designs, flowing skirts and sparkling details. The stars that had all eyes fixed their way as they sashayed into the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday evening included music icons Celine Dion, Cher and stars like Hailee Steinfeld, Rita Ora, Nicole Schezinger to name just a few
Celine, who performed a stunning rendition of My Heart Will Go On to celebrate Titantic's 20th anniversary dazzled in a breathtaking white dress that featured huge puffball sleeves, a deep plunge and diamond embellishment.
Rita Ora also wasn't shy about taking the spotlight as she turned up in a very risque mesh skirt. Under the skirt she was rocking only a tiny thong.
Nicole Schezinger wore the skirt with a white long-sleeved top with diamond embellishments running down the middle and along the neckline.
