Spring is nearly upon us and all the fashion gurus seem to agree that it is an exceptionally girlie season.

Most international forecasts point to peplums (frills), brocade, anglaise as well as other delicate fabrics in fondant colours, and trim, summer-ready bodies in outfits that reveal lots of leg and midriff.
