Heavy-duty A1 Nardo by VW/Audi tuning specialist MTM has a 2.5-litre RS3 engine, transversely mounted and tweaked to 368kW and 600Nm, for 0-100 in 4.5sec and 324km/h flat out. Watch as it blows away a Porsche 911 Sport Classic and a BMW M3 E92.

They were most likely on the autobahn in which case they are not breaking the law. Even without a speed limit their drivers have a lot more respsect for the road and other road users than we do and I bet their road death toll is less than ours. 500HP in such a small car is impressive.

@performance - firstly, its the 1M and secondly, what do you judge as faster? 0-100? The 1M wins around every single track in the world, it also wins on a rolling start, and it also has much better reviews from all petrolheads. So tell me, you win one discipline and lose the rest, and you still claim a victory. Hilarious!
