Nurburg, Germany - BMW's limited-edition M4 GTS has smashed the Alfa Giulia Quadrofoglio's recent Nordschleife lap record for a standard sedan car of 7m39s by a whopping 11 seconds. Granted, the M4 isn't a four-door, or even a four-seater, but the Blue Propeller Boykies contend that it is a performance variant of the M3 sedan, and thus comparable to the Quadrofoglio, which is a fire-breathing 380kW version of the standard Alfa Giulia. Either way, a 7min27.88s 'Ring run in a standard, street-legal car is a considerable achievement.
