The Mini Clubman Hampton will be available in this dark metallic blue - exclusive to this model.
BMW has announced a very special Mini Clubman derivative, named after the trendy southwest London suburb of Hampton, which will only be made for one year.
The Mini Clubman Hampton, due in South Africa in March 2011, will be available in a very special metallic blue, exclusive to this model, with its roof, rear-door surrounds, wheels and colour line in silver.
Also available will be white, black or grey, with the roof and C pillars in black or metallic blue. The twin-blade spoke alloy rims can be ordered in silver or black with a dark red trim ring and, if the optional xenon headlights are specified, they come with black reflectors.
A special logo on the B pillar and “Hampton” lettering on the side indicator surrounds and radiator grille provide subtle references to the car's exclusive status, while “Mini 50 Hampton” lettering on the door sills recalls the introduction five decades ago of the original Clubman.
Inside, the black “lounge leather” seats have red edging and orange contrast stitching, with a H on each seat tag. The roof liner and dials are dark grey, with a dark red trim line round thew speedometer matching the one on the wheels.
Also standard on the Hampton is the Chilli Pack, which includes a sports leather steering wheel, foglights, auto aircon, a trip data computer, a light package, a storage package and special velour floor mats.
The interior of the Mini Clubman Hampton is finished in black "lounge leather" with dark red trim to match the wheels.
