These are the first official pictures of the facelifted 2013 enault Espace - actually it's the second face-lift for this, the fourth-generation Espace, which was first released in 2003 and updated in 2006.

The Espace is one of Renault's longest-running models, with more than 1.2 million sold in 28 years of production.

Consistent with Renault's new styling identity.

The latest incarnation has a bigger, more three-dimensional diamond logo set more upright on a broad black strip across a new, single-frame grille, framed by revised headlights and a deeper, more prominent bumper.

Renault has promised more information about Espace Version 4.2 at the beginning of July; meanwhile, Renault SA says it will need details of what drivetrains will be available in right-hand drive before a decision can be made as to whether it will be released in South Africa.
