Seoul, South Korea - Ssangyong will premier two more development concepts of its upcoming B-segment SUV at the Paris motor show in October.

It says the XIV-Air and XIV-Adventure are the final developments concepts - near-production versions of the long-awaited X100. The XIV (eXciting user-Interface Vehicle) B-segment SUV concept series has been shown at previous international motor shows over the past four years, starting at Frankfurt in 2011

The XIV-Air and XIV-Adventure, each 4195mm long on a 2600mm wheelbase, are powered by either a 1.6-litre petrol or 1.6-litre diesel engine - each of which is compliant with Euro 6 emission standard - and we expect that these will be the basis of the X100 range when it goes on sale in Europe in 2015.
