An entrepreneurial London cab driver, in anticipation of the lack of hotel rooms for Olympic Games fans, has converted his cab into a mobile hotel room.
Desperate tourists, who simply can’t afford, or find, a hotel room during the peak Olympics season, are handing over $75 (R600) to taxi owner David Weekes for the relevant comfort of the converted back seat in his cab.
For the dosh patrons get a mattress, bedding, alarm clock, and, of course, a Paddington Bear.
