The golf cart has never been seen as a speedy or stylish vehicle – until now.
For the buggy as been given a makeover to make it more, well, sporty. With its carbon fibre body, alloy wheels and waterproof leather dashboard, the road-legal Garia Mansory Currus has a top speed of 60km/h and a range of 60km.
But at £70 000 (R950 000) – including CD player – it is 12 times the price of a standard cart and more than a Porsche 911. The buggy will be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show this week but if you want one you may have to hurry – only seven will be made. - Daily Mail
