I want to complain about this content:

What an ill conceived plan. People will now park the whole day and the city will fleece them. Just an alternative form of tax which won't assist businesses at all. Also the longer one tends to be parked the more likely are to be spending more money, so the "complaints" from business are also ill founded. And those who do not want to pay... well, they will park just a little further away at the residential areas in Gardens, Sea point or wherever, which means that those of us living there will now struggle to find parking. Just another governance scam.
