Beijing - SUVs and crossovers were the big conversation piece at China's Beijing Motor Show this week, with the popular consensus being that the urban 4x4 is the latest must-have for Chinese drivers, according to Reuters.
The local Chinese brands were out in full force with their latest crossover concepts and production models, while the Germans dazzled their fan base with concepts like the Audi TT offroad and Mercedes-Benz Concept Coupe SUV.
Conventional cars weren't left completely in the cold though, with some exciting new show cars such as the BMW Vision Future Luxury, Nissan Lannia and the potent VW Golf R 400 making their world debuts.
