Eterniti reveals British 'Super-SUV'

We've already seen a sketch and teaser shot of the Hemera as Britain's newest car company, Eternity, played our curiosity about its first creation - a highly premium product that it dubs a “Super-SUV.”

Now they've let the cat out the bag with some proper pictures and information. While it has yet to disclose the actual platform and engine to be used, Eterniti has admitted that the Hemera will have more than 460kW on tap - they're clearly not lying about the Super-SUV part.

Popular speculation is that the vehicle is based on the Porsche Cayenne, although in the Eterniti's case it'll be topped with carbon composite body panels.

The Hemera will be hand-built in London and will boast limousine-like rear seating, including twin reclining seats, iPads and a drinks chiller. Clearly they're aiming it at those hedonists that want to wake up every morning and choose between a stimulating time behind the wheel or being pampered in the back while a chauffeur's at the wheel.

Perhaps Jeeves will have to add a few trails and game drives to his portfolio too, as Eterniti promises 4x4 ruggedness too.

Production is set to commence next year, but the vehicle's first public reveal, where we'll presumably find out more about the car, takes place at the Frankfurt Motor Show next Tuesday, 13 September. Watch this space for our coverage of this and more.
