Elk Mountain, Wyoming – The officer who drove the patrol car you see in this video was extremely lucky not to have been in the vehicle when a huge gust of wind (reported to be up to 140km/h) blew over a Volvo truck and trailer on a highway in Wyoming last week. According to Fox News, the truck’s driver and passenger were not harmed in the scary incident.
