This is either the the most instant case of instant karma we’ve ever seen, or the gentleman who quietly removed the handbag from the Kia while its lady owner was around the other side filling the fuel tank, had just stolen the scooter as well and had absolutely no idea how to ride it – which is quite likely as his helmet (stolen as well?) comes off in the crash.
Either way, the best part is when the lady runs over, picks up her bag, resists the temptation to kick the dude while he’s down (lots of good karma there!) and then just leaves him lying there while the garage owner calls the cops.
