Self appointed "president-elect" of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Etienne Tshisekedi.
Kinshasa - DR Congo police banned a swearing-in ceremony on Friday for opposition leader Etienne Tshisekedi, who has refused to accept the recent re-election of President Joseph Kabila.
“It's banned. There is already an elected president who has been sworn in. We cannot have another swearing-in. It's an act of subversion,” a source close to the head of the country's police said. - Sapa-AFP

@badballie...your superiority complex and narcissism are duly note. In it seems like a reflected glory, stop piggybacking on other people's successes , stand on your two feet sir ( for I'm sure you are of male species) and be counted.

Time for Africans to acknowledge that after hundreds of years of being lorded over by "whites" the real reason they have never been able to govern themselves is their own incompetence and inability to act in morally acceptable terms. African has been the doormat of the world because of the African race not in spite of them.
