Cairo - At least four people were killed in clashes in Egypt on Saturday as police dispersed anti-government protests, the health ministry said.

One of the dead was killed in Cairo, where police fired tear gas and birdshot at supporters of ousted Islamist president Mohamed Morsi and other anti-government activists. - Sapa-AFP
