Bratislava - A violinist got his own back in stunning style after a member of his audience forgot to switch off his cellphone, a report has said.
According to orange news, Slovakian violinist Lukas Kmit was giving a solo rendition at a Jewish orthodox synagogue when a cellphone started ringing.
Just as Kmit had reached the quietest moment of his performance, it was interrupted by the Nokia ringtone.
The violinist paused for a second, smiled and then continued his performance with an improvised version of the jingle.
His response was met with chuckles from the audience who burst into a round of applause when he finished his imitation.
Video of the episode has taken the internet by storm, attracting more than a million hits on YouTube. - IOL

He is not a violinist. He is playing a viola.

15 years ago most of us didn't have these cellphone and other gadgets - Has everybody become doctors, firemen, or other emergency organisations? I hate these cellphones - and can't stand people who are so addicted to these gadgets... whilst one is talking to them 'human to human" and the dar phone rings, they seem to take it as more important to take the call, instead continuing the conversation.... downright rude! - Dehumanizing all this! To the violinist - My kudos!

My pet hate is when I am at the cinema and I'm sitting next to someone who checks their cell phone every 5 minutes or answers it. Eish....

Brilliant response. I HATE people so wedded to their cell phones they can't switch them off in theatres etc. So thoughtless.

I am sure that on the last day many are going to say "WHERE THE HACK IS MY CELLPHONE!" instead of asking for forgiveness.
