A South African medical malpractice law firm will apply for jurisdiction in the UK, to sue a hip implants manufacturer.
A US lorry driver is suing a surgeon after the doctor amputated his penis without permission, a report has said.
According to orange news, Phillip Seaton, 64, had agreed to have a circumcision to relieve inflammation in 2007.
But during surgery, Dr John Patterson said he found a rare and deadly cancer on Seaton’s penis, and took the “life-saving” decision to remove it.
Patterson reportedly said he had removed less than an inch of the organ, and the rest was amputated by another doctor.
Seaton told a Kentucky court about his reaction when he woke from the operation: saying: “I pulled the dressing down, and I didn't see nothing.
“Then I came out of the restroom and I said, ‘I'm getting the hell out of this damn hospital’.”
Seaton and his wife are now suing Patterson for “loss of service, love and affection” after the penis's removal.
Deborah Seaton insists that Patterson did not consult her over the procedure. “It's his body,” she said in court. “He should have a say in it.”
But Patterson claimed that he did not think it wise to get permission from the patient's wife, the report said
“My impression was she would not be someone I would ask what he would want,” he explained.

Tee Hee :-) Oh gosh this is funny, they are suing for Loss of Service. Are the Seaton's only missing "noefies" now after 4 years, just shows, it was not working all that well before in any case. Hehehehehehehehehe
