A thief disguised as Santa took advantage of one of the busiest retail days of the year to crack a safe and steal cash at a Sydney shopping centre, Australian police said on Monday.
Closed-circuit cameras caught images of a person dressed as Santa and with a walking stick pushing a trolley containing a red sack in a busy shopping centre on Sunday.
Police said the safe in the shop where he stole had been closed. - Sapa-dpa
