Durban - A Chinese businessman has filed a R40 million lawsuit against an Australian escort agency for failing to organise him a sexual rendezvous with stars - including Mooi River-born supermodel Candice Swanepoel.

The Sydney Newspaper and the Daily Telegraph, on Monday quoted court papers filled by the man named Yu Xu against Royal Court Escorts.

He claimed he had been promised “female escorts of international standing for the provision of sexual services”.

It was agreed that if (Xu) paid the sum... (the agency) would provide Megan Fox, Candice Swanepoel and Angelababy” as escorts for sexual services”.

Swanepoel, 28, who is pregnant, was talent-scouted at a Durban flea market when she was 15 and last year made the Forbes list of top 10 highest earning models. She has appeared in countless magazines, including Chinese Elle.
