Helen Zille basked in Twitter attention on Tuesday afternoon as the announcement of her memoir claimed the top trending spot in South Africa.
The Western Cape Premier is only one and a half chapters into writing it so far, but tweeters were fast to suggest their titles for the memoir using the hashtag #NameZillesMemoir.
Zille's every move was free game as tweeters mocked her dance moves, resurrected the infamous picture of her kiss with Mamphela Ramphele, and riffed on classic titles such as To Kill a Mockingbird, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and War and Peace.
