Eastern Cape - Eighteen youths have been arrested for attempted murder after an apparent faction fight near Butterworth, Eastern Cape police said on Sunday.
They severely injured a 19-year-old boy, who was taken to hospital in a serious condition said Captain Jackson Manatha.
He said the youths, aged between 18 and 21, were from the Mkhonkotho and Holela villages in Centane.
The youths were expected to appear in the Butterworth Magistrate's Court on Monday. - Sapa
