Kuruman - A man was arrested after a four-year-old girl was raped in Tsineng village near Kuruman, Northern Cape police said on Thursday.
The 42-year-old was taken into custody on Wednesday afternoon, Lieutenant Olebogeng Tawana said in a statement.
The girl was raped when she entered a man's house after he offered her biscuits, Tawana said.
The four-year-old reported the crime to her grandmother. The man would appear in the Mothibistad Magistrate's Court on Friday.
