Johannesburg - The body of a man was found alongside a road in Heidelberg on Thursday morning, Gauteng police said.
A motorist found the middle-aged man on a grassy patch on Plein Street, in the Houtpoort area, with a large open wound on his forehead, Captain Thivhulawi Tshilate said.
