Johannesburg - A 15-year-old boy was killed at a circumcision ceremony in Dutywa on Sunday, according to Eastern Cape police.

Captain Jackson Manatha said the boy was trying to stop two other youths who were fighting when he was stabbed.

He died on his way to hospital.

The youth alleged to have stabbed the boy was arrested.

He is scheduled to appear in the Dutywa Magistrate's Court on Monday. - Sapa
