Mthatha - Five men were arrested after the robbery of a mini casino in Mthatha, Eastern Cape police said on Wednesday.
The men were arrested following a robbery at Ritz Bingo Entertainment in Mthatha Plaza on Monday, said police spokesman Colonel Mzukisi Fatyela.
“The men were arrested in different areas in Mthatha on Tuesday night and two firearms were recovered,” said Fatyela.
He said the men could be linked to other crimes in the area.
They would appear in court once they are formally charged. - Sapa
