Charges against three men arrested in connection with the killing of a tavern owner and the wounding of his nephew during a robbery were dropped on Friday, KwaZulu-Natal police said.
All three were released because of insufficient evidence, Captain Thulani Zwane said.
Mziwenkosi Khanyile and Bongani Khanyile were shot by five armed men on January 10 in Vuma Reserve, Eshowe.
The case was still under investigation, said Zwane. – Sapa
