Johannesburg – Police on Wednesday named the Kempton Park woman found with several knives lodged in her body as 29-year-old Priska Schalk.

Schalk was allegedly stabbed to death by her boyfriend at her Commissioner Street house on Monday night.

Police said they have been looking for the Schalk's 28-year-old boyfriend since Monday.

"We are still looking for the boyfriend, he is still on the run and we can not name him at this stage, we can only name the deceased," said Captain Mtshali.

When ER24 paramedics responded to a call on Tuesday they found Schalk with several knives still lodged in her body.

She was found in her bedroom lying on the bed with her hands handcuffed together.
