Delmas - A man appeared in the Delmas Magistrate's Court near Bothibelong on Monday for allegedly raping his three-year-old twin daughters, Mpumalanga police said.
The 38-year-old man would be back in court on February 10 for a bail application, said Colonel Leonard Hlathi.
He was arrested on January 23, after both girls were taken to hospital when they were found with blood stains and discharge on their underwear.
They had been left with their father while their mother was in hospital.
