Johannesburg - The judgment of murder accused DJ Donald Sebolai was postponed on Tuesday in the High Court sitting in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court.

Judge Cassim Moosa decided to postponed the judgment to Monday, October 12.

The former radio presenter at Jozi FM, is accused of killing his girlfriend Dolly Tshabalala last year.

After the postponement, Gloria Khoza, the deceased’s sister in law, said: “We as a family have been looking forward to the end. Pain and grief comes back again. We came from Soweto and it’s a lot of expenses. We were hoping it would be over. We hope Monday the matter will be closed”.

Khoza said: “No judgement will bring her life back”.

“It hasn’t been easy. Dolly’s mom keeps praying and hoping God will help her through this. She will be present on Monday”.

The deceased’s mother was present in court, but declined to comment.
