Pretoria - An elderly couple has been killed in a robbery at their home in a security complex in Tuine, Pretoria, Beeld reported on Wednesday.
Dolf de Lange, 67, and his wife Pop, 65, were found dead in a pool of blood in their bedroom.
Their son, Deon, went looking for them on Tuesday morning after they did not answer their phones.
Police spokesman Captain Bonginkosi Msimango said a television set, DVD player and Pop's car had been stolen.
Paramedics said it appeared that the couple had been assaulted with a blunt object. - Sapa
