Four men found in possession of stolen bank cards and a machine to clone bank cards were arrested in Mthatha on Friday, Eastern Cape police said.
Lt-Col Mzukisi Fatyela said they were arrested around 4pm near an ATM in Mthatha.
“The men had stolen goods in their possession which included bank cards, ID-documents and payslips.”
Fatyela said they faced charges of fraud and would appear in the Mthatha Magistrate's Court on Monday. - Sapa
