Johannesburg - A man was arrested when he allegedly obtained a bribe to install a pre-paid electricity meter in Eldorado Park on Friday, Johannesburg metro police said.
Chief Superintendent Wayne Minnaar said the 33-year-old man employed by City Power demanded R1000 from employees at a BP filling station, to fit the unit.
