Johannesburg - Sandton detectives have released CCTV footage from three crimes that occurred over the past year in the hope that readers can help trace the suspects.
The oldest is of a robbery at a house in River Club, Sandton, in the early hours of March 8 last year. Detectives want to question the two men in the car, said police spokeswoman Captain Kym Cloete.
The victim was asleep when he heard a noise at about 1am. He opened the door and was confronted by three men, she said.
The man was assaulted and tied up, while the robbers ransacked his house.
They took flat-screen TVs, speakers, clothes and cellphones. The robbers left the complex in two of the victim’s vehicles.
Anyone who knows the identity or whereabouts of the two men should contact Warrant Officer Monaiwa on 082 862 2274.
* On November 30 last year at about 9am, a number of men held up a business in the Benmore Shopping Centre.
They held the employees up, took them to the back and tied them up. Cellphones to the value of R450 000 were taken.

* Around 5pm on January 29 this year, two men robbed security guards of their cellphones and remotes at a business premise in Autumn Road, Rivonia.
Security guards who were in the guard room said two men entered their offices.
They later returned carrying a newspaper that appeared to be concealing items.
When the guards approached them, the men produced firearms. Besides taking the guards’ cellphones and remotes, the robbers also took laptops.
People who know the men in the CCTV footage should phone Rammutla, Cloete said.
Police hoped members of the public recalled details of the incidents, she added.
