Johannesburg - The Labour Court in Johannesburg will on Tuesday hear an application by three Independent Police Directorate (Ipid) officials who want to stop their employer from transferring or suspending them from their current posts.
The three officials - former spokesperson Moses Dlamini, corporate services head Antoinette Mphago and legal services head Pule Maoka - were served with letters of intent to transfer them to other regions.
The intent to transfer them came after an internal investigation against them on allegations that they leaked information to the media.
The three reportedly argue in court papers that they were not qualified or experienced to do the jobs they could be transferred to.
