Johannesburg - Two men were caught in connection with a string of crimes in Lenasia, Johannesburg, on Thursday, police said.
Aged 34 and 35, their alleged crimes included car theft and copying compact discs, said Lt-Col Katlego Mogale.
Six vehicles, believed to have been stolen, were recovered at the house of one of the men.
The vehicles included a Cadillac, a BMW, a Mercedes Benz ML, a Toyota Corolla, a Mitsubishi and a Nissan Skyline.
Police also found the man was reproducing CDs at his business, said Mogale.
Three of the man's shops were closed down and CDs worth an estimated R2.5 million were seized.
The 35-year-old man was allegedly involved in producing the fake CDs.
“Police also recovered a home affairs immigration stamp as well as one from the department of transport and public works of Botswana,” said Mogale.
The men would appear in the Protea Magistrate's Court soon.
