A 21-year-old law student was stabbed to death in Mankweng Zone A on Tuesday morning, Limpopo police said.

Constable Moses Molepo said Bernard Skosana was walking back to his room from campus after midnight when he was attacked by a gang.

“They demanded a cellphone and money. He was stabbed three times – in the chest, hand and body. He escaped and solicited help from the security officers guards. Skosana died after he arrived at the hospital,” said Molepo.

Molepo said police had launched a manhunt for the suspects and investigations were continuing. – Sapa
