Limpopo - A 42-year-old man accused of murder has appeared in the Mankweng Magistrate's Court, Limpopo police said on Wednesday.
David Monageng appeared in court on Tuesday after he was arrested on Sunday in Pretoria. He would be back in court on February 15. He remained in custody, Constable Moses Molepo said.
He allegedly killed a 28-year-old woman in March in Mankweng, Limpopo.
Molepo said he was seen with Tumisho Somo in a tavern in the area the day she disappeared. Somo was later reported as missing.
Molepo said a few days after that her body was found decomposed in an open space in the area.
