Eastern Cape -

An Eastern Cape man was expected to appear in the Willowvale Magistrate's Court on Monday for allegedly raping his 25-year-old niece in Qhingqolo, police said.

He allegedly went to her house on Saturday, found her alone and raped her, Captain Jackson Manatha said.

The woman later told her mother.

Local residents caught the 57-year-old man and handed him to the police. - Sapa
